摘 要:转录因子在转录水平上调控基因表达,广泛参与植物生长发育、器官形态建成、逆境胁迫和激素信号应答。为进一步研究杂交兰(Hybrid Cymbidium)叶色相关NAC、MYB和bHLH转录因子,本研究利用生物信息学方法对杂交兰NAC、MYB和bHLH基因编码蛋白的理化性质、分布、蛋白结构、磷酸化位点及系统进化关系进行了分析。结果表明,NAC、MYB和bHLH家族基因编码的蛋白既有酸性蛋白也有碱性蛋白,所有蛋白均为亲水性蛋白;亚细胞定位均定位在细胞核;各转录因子家族蛋白具有较高的保守性;编码蛋白序列都包含丝氨酸、苏氨酸和酪氨酸磷酸化位点。本研究为杂交兰叶色相关NAC、MYB和bHLH基因家族的功能分析奠定基础。Transcription factors regulate gene expression at the transcriptional level,which are involved extensively in plant growth and development,organ morphogenesis,stress and hormone signal response.The study analyzed the physicochemical properties,distribution,structure,phosphorylation sites and phylogenetic relationships for further study of leaf color related genes in Hybrid Cymbidium.The results showed that NAC,MYB and bHLH family genes encoded both acidic and basic proteins,and all of them were hydrophilic proteins.Subcellular localization is located in the nucleus.The transcription factor family proteins have high conservatism.Prediction of potential phosphorylation modification sites showed that all protein sequences contained serine,threonine,and tyrosine phosphorylation sites.These results provide a theoretical basis for functional analysis of the leaf color related NAC,MYB and bHLH gene families in Hybrid Cymbidium.
