摘  要:蜡质合成相关基因通过调节蜡质合成,从而在植物响应逆境胁迫中起到关键作用。本研究通过筛选鉴定已知的椰子基因组数据,共鉴定出16个椰子蜡质合成的相关基因。采用分析其的理化性质、亚细胞定位、结构、motif分析、合成通路作用位置以及椰子不同组织的表达量等生物信息学分析方法。结果显示,椰子蜡质相关蛋白主要位于叶绿体与细胞核中,且多为碱性蛋白。由motif分析可知,椰子蜡质合成相关基因的同种基因不同拷贝的结构域和结构域保守序列基本一致。表达量分析显示,CnCER基因在椰子叶片中表达量较少,CnCYP96A15、CnFAR、CnWSD1在各种椰子叶片中表达量较高。本研究,我们对椰子蜡质合成相关基因进行详细分析,为进一步研究椰子蜡质合成相关基因提供依据。Wax metabolism-related genes refer to those genes that play a key role in regulating plant wax metabolism.These genes play a key role in plant response to adversity stress by regulating wax metabolism.In this study,through screening and identifying known coconut genome data,a total of 16 genes related to coconut wax metabolism were identified.Bioinformatics analysis methods were used to analyze its physical and chemical properties,subcellular localization,structure,motif analysis,position of synthetic pathway and expression in different tissues of coconut.The results showed that coconut wax-related proteins are mainly located in the chloroplast and cell nucleus,and most of them are basic proteins.According to motif analysis,the domains and conserved sequences of the domains of different copies of the same genes of coconut wax metabolism-related genes are basically the same.The expression analysis showed that the expression of CnCER gene was less in coconut leaves,and the expression of CnCYP96A15,CnFAR,and CnWSD1 was higher in various coconut leaves.The metabolism of wax in the stratum corneum is closely related to the cold resistance of plants.In this study,we analyzed the genes related to coconut wax synthesis in detail,so as to provide a basis for further study of coconut wax synthesis genes.
