摘  要:为研究瓠瓜果形的遗传规律,本研究以瓠瓜梨形果自交系(H07)为母本,扁圆形果自交系(H14A)为父本,构建六世代(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),BC_(1)P_(1),BC_(1)P_(2))群体,对瓠瓜果实横径、纵径及果形数进行主基因+多基因遗传分析。结果表明,瓠瓜的果实纵径与果形指数具有极显著相关性,三个性状均呈偏态向右分布;果实纵径和果形指数最适遗传模型为MX2-ADI-ADI,受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因控制,主基因遗传率分别为77.3603%和85.7756%;果实横径最适遗传模型为MX2-ADI-AD,受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因控制,主基因遗传率为51.0076%。以上结果为深入研究瓠瓜果形遗传机制及定位提供依据。To study the genetic law of bottle gourd fruit shape,in this study,six generations(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),BC_(1)P_(1),BC_(1)P_(2))genetic populations were constructed with the pear-shaped bottle gourd H07 and circular bottle gourd H14A,the major gene+polygene genetic analysis was used for fruit transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and fruit shape index.The results showed that there was a significant correlation with fruit longitudinal diameter and fruit shape index of bottle gourd,three traits showed a skewed rightward distribution.The optimal genetic model of longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter were MX2-ADI-ADI,which were controlled by two additive-dominant-epistatic major genes+additive-dominant-epistatic polygenes.The heritability rates of the major genes were 77.3603%and 85.7756%.The optimal genetic model of transverse diameter was MX2-ADI-AD,which was controlled by two additive-dominant-epistatic major genes+additive-dominant polygenes,the heritability rates of the major genes was 51.0076%.The results provided basis for further study on genetic mechanism and localization of fruit shape in bottle gourd.
