摘 要:为明确贵州省部分茶区发生的茶叶斑点病病原是否一致,本研究结合病原显微结构特征图像采集、分子生物学和致病性验证等方法对分离于4个茶区的18株茶叶斑点病病原菌株(QLC3A,QLC4,QLC5m,QLC6,QLC15-1,QLC15-2,QLC16,DS1,DS6,YQ10,AS3A,AS6B,CYX1,CYX1A,CYX4B,CY2B,CY7A和CY12)开展了系统发育学分析及其生物学特性研究。结果表明:分离的18株病原菌均为Didymella segeticola,其中代表菌株DS6的最适培养碳源为麦芽糖,最适培养氮源为亮氨酸,最适培养pH值为7,最适培养温度为25℃;35℃生长停滞,40℃致死,在MEA中生长速度最快,与PDA差异不显著。研究结果可为贵州茶叶斑点病的绿色防控提供一定的理论依据。In order to clarify whether the pathogens of tea leaf spot diseases occurred in tea regions of Guizhou Province are consistent,phylogenetic analysis and biological characteristics of 18 strains of tea spot disease(QLC3A,QLC4,QLC5m,QLC6,QLC15-1,QLC15-2,QLC16,DS1,DS6,YQ10,AS3A,AS6B,CYX1,CYX1A,CYX4B,CY2B,CY7A and CY12)isolated from four tea regions were carried out by means of microstructural image collection,molecular biology and in vitro pathogenicity verification in this study.The results showed that all 18 isolates were Didymella segeticola.In addition,the relevant biological studies showed that for the representative strain DS6,growing the fastest when pH was 7.0 and faster on malt extract agar(MEA)and potato dextrose agar(PDA),the optimum carbon source was maltose and the optimum nitrogen source was alanine.Also,its optimum temperature was 25℃,and it got arrest of growth when 35℃and died when 40℃.The results can provide a theoretical basis for green prevention and control of tea leaf spot disease in Guizhou.
