摘　　要：近年来,"双创"活动蓬勃发展,但创新创业评价工作还存在诸多短板,缺少完善的大创评价指标体系,而建立科学的创新创业评价指标体系是整个创新创业评价工作的核心和评价目标实现的关键.本文通过收集已有评价指标,结合国家政策要求,对指标进行分析筛选,专家小组运用主观赋权法对指标赋分,最终建立一个比较完善的评价指标体系.Recent years,"Innovation and entrepreneurship"activities have developed vigorously,but there are still many shortcomings in the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship.There is a lack of perfect innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation index system,and the establishment of a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation index system is the core of the whole innovation and entrepreneurship evaluation work and the key to the realization of evaluation objectives.This paper collects the existing evaluation indicators,analyzes and screens the indicators in combination with the national policy requirements,and the expert group uses the subjective Weighting method to score the indicators,so as to finally establish a relatively perfect evaluation index system.
