生命回归干预在老年中晚期强直性脊柱炎患者临床护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生命回归干预改善老年中晚期强直性脊柱炎患者心理状态、疾病不确定感和生存质量的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月老年中晚期强直性脊柱炎患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组40例与对照组40例。对照组患者接受常规综合干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上进行生命回归干预。比较两组患者干预前、干预后和出院后3个月焦虑抑郁心理、疾病不确定感和生存质量。结果干预结束和出院后3个月,观察组抑郁、焦虑和疾病不确定感显著低于对照组(P<0.01),生存质量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用生命回归护理干预能显著降低老年中晚期强直性脊柱炎患者焦虑抑郁心理和疾病不确定感,提高其生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of life regression intervention on improving mental state,illness uncertainty state and qual⁃ity of life in elderly patients with middle-late stage ankylosing spondylitis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with middle-late stage an⁃kylosing spondylitis treated from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group using the random number table.The patients in the control group received routine compre⁃hensive intervention,and the patients in the observation group had added life regression intervention on the basis of the control group.Before intervention,after intervention and 3 months after discharge,the anxiety,depression,illness uncertainty state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention and 3 months after discharge,the depression,anxiety and uncertainty of disease in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life in the observation group was signifi⁃cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on life regression model can significantly re⁃duce anxiety,depression and illness uncertainty state in elderly patients with middle-late stage ankylosing spondylitis,and improve their quality of life.
