摘　　要：目的探讨早期目标导向活动对连续性肾脏替代治疗患者生活质量的改善效果,评价其可行性与安全性。方法选取河北省某三级甲等医院肾脏病重症监护病房行连续性肾脏替代治疗并符合纳入、排除标准的138例患者,其中2019年10月至2020年12月的69例患者设为对照组,2021年1月至2022年2月的69例患者设为干预组。对照组给予连续性肾脏替代治疗常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上,给予早期目标导向活动干预。结果干预组患者生活自理能力、肌力评分、ICU患者活动能力评分都优于对照组(P<0.05);满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组非计划下机率、滤器使用寿命与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论早期目标导向活动促进连续性肾脏替代治疗患者生活自理能力的提高、增强肌肉力量及肢体活动能力,提高患者满意度,连续性肾脏替代治疗患者进行早期目标导向活动是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the effect of early goal-directed mobilisation(EGDM)on the quality of life of patients on contin⁃uous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)and to evaluate the feasibility and safety of applying EGDM in CRRT patients.Methods One hun⁃dred and thirty-eight patients who underwent CRRT in kidney intensive care unit of a tertiary care hospital in Hebei Province and met the in⁃clusion and exclusion criteria were selected,of whom 69 patients from October 2019 to December 2020 were set as the control group and 69 patients from January 2021 to February 2022 were set as the intervention group.The control group was given CRRT routine care and the in⁃tervention group was given EGDM intervention based on the control group.Results Patients in the intervention group had better self-care a⁃bility,muscle strength score and ICU patient mobility score than the control group(P<0.05),patient satisfaction was higher in the interven⁃tion group than the control group(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in the unplanned discharge rate and filter life in the interven⁃tion group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion EGDM promotes self-care ability,muscle strength and physical mobility in CRRT patients,and increases patient satisfaction.EGDM is safe and feasible for CRRT patients.
