摘　　要：目的探讨执行高原寒区卫勤保障任务的护理组织与管理。方法分析高原卫勤保障特点,科学合理抽组护理人员,精心筹措物资装备,扎实组织专业训练,及时优化护理工作流程,实现野外驻训保障期间各项护理工作的顺利开展。结果医疗队驻训期间共巡诊、接诊2500余例次、收容34例次、手术11例次,未发生一起护理差错,护理满意度达到了100%。结论按照阶梯习服规律开展专业技能训练可有效缓解护理人员执行高原驻地训练任务期间身心不适,提升护理人员高原驻训急救技能,结合保障任务特点实行“身心并护”能更好地为保障对象提供优质护理服务。Objective To explore the nursing organization and management of medical support task in plateau cold region.Methods To analyze the characteristics of plateau medical support,scientifically and reasonably select nursing staff,carefully raise materials and equip⁃ment,solidly organize professional training,timely optimize the nursing work process,and realize the smooth development of nursing work dur⁃ing the field training support period.Results During the training period,the medical team visited and received about 2500 person times,ac⁃cepted 34 person times,and operated 11 times.There was no nursing error,and the nursing satisfaction reached 100%.Conclusion Carrying out professional skill training according to the law of ladder acclimatization can effectively alleviate the physical and mental discomfort of nur⁃ses during the plateau training task,and improve the first-aid skill of nurses during the plateau training.Combined with the characteristics of support tasks,the implementation of"physical and mental care"can better provide high-quality nursing services for the guaranteed objects.
