摘 要:使用共混挤出的方式将紫外线吸收剂与聚碳酸酯加工造粒并注塑成光学检测样片,使用紫外-可见分光光度计在300~400nm波段内对所注样片开展谱图分析,通过谱图的吸收峰和峰面积分析聚碳酸酯中紫外线吸收剂的用量和种类,结合加工工艺对比和紫外老化等方式分析加工温度与紫外老化对紫外线吸收剂的影响。结果表明,以共混挤出方式加入到聚碳酸酯材料内的紫外线吸收剂对聚碳酸酯光学性能均有明显保护效果,其中紫外线吸收剂UV3对聚碳酸酯光学性能保护效果较好,且材料经光老化和热老化后紫外线吸收剂特征曲线未见明显变化。Ultraviolet absorber is widely used in polycarbonate.The ultraviolet absorber and polycarbonate were blended and extruded to form an optical test sample, which was analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer under the 300~400 nm band scope.Through absorption peaks and peak areas analyzing the amount and type of UV absorbers in polycarbonate, in combination with processing technology adjustment and UV aging modes, the effects of processing temperature and UV aging on UV absorbers were analyzed.The result showed that the UV absorber will not be significantly consumed after aging in the material, and the benzotriazole-based UV absorber has significant protective effect on the optical properties of polycarbonate.UV3 has better protection effect on polycarbonate optical properties.
