摘　　要：纳米润滑防塌剂是以天然有机物为载体,引入纳米表面活性剂,通过改性处理得到的一种润滑性能和防塌性能良好的水溶性钻井液用处理剂。该产品热稳定性好,高温下润滑、防塌性能更好,同时还具有一定的降滤失性能和抗污染能力。该产品已在大港油田南大港、枣北、港东等区块20余口井进行了现场应用,应用结果表明,该产品配伍性能好,对钻井液的流变性能无不良影响,可适用于不同的钻井液体系;此外,产品现场使用简单,易于维护,可推广应用。The nano lubricating anti-sloughing agent takes natural organic matters as carriers and introduces nano surfactant by the modification treatment.It was a water-soluble drilling fluid treatment agent with good lubricating performance and anti-sloughing performance.The product has good thermal stability, better lubrication and anti-collapse performance at high temperature.At the same time, it has certain filtration loss reduction performance and anti-pollution ability.The product has good compatibility, no adverse effect on rheological properties of drilling fluid, and can be applied to different drilling fluid systems.The product was easy to use and maintain on site and can be widely applied.
