摘　　要：研究了合成工艺中的投料比、反应温度以及萃取溶剂等对二甲基甘氨腈产品品质以及收率的影响。结果表明,通过对工艺进行优化,二甲基甘氨腈的纯度可以达到99.5%以上,收率达到90%以上。The effects of the ratio of materials、reaction temperature and extraction solvent in the synthesis process on the product quality and yield of dimethylglycine nitrile were studied.The result showed that the purity of dimethylglycine nitrile can reach more than 99.5% and the yield can reach more than 90% by optimizing the process.
