摘　　要：目的 对2009-2018年南漳县血吸虫病监测结果进行分析,为进一步巩固血吸虫病防治成果、及时处置相关风险因素提供依据。方法 按照《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的要求,开展了人群病情监测、家畜病情监测和钉螺螺情监测,并对监测数据进行汇总、整理和分析。结果 2009-2018年南漳县无血吸虫病病例报告。共对39 507人开展血清学检测,检出血吸虫病抗体阳性367人,阳性率为0.93%;对抗体阳性的361人进行病原学检测,结果均为阴性。共对200头牛开展血吸虫感染情况监测,均为阴性。累计查螺面积3 797.37万㎡,有钉螺面积105.00万㎡;2017年钉螺密度出现高峰,达0.31只/框,2018年下降至0.11只/框;压碎镜检法检测3 450只钉螺,未发现阳性。结论 2009-2018年南漳县无血吸虫病疫情,但2017-2018年仍存在钉螺分布,应加强钉螺控制措施,巩固消除血吸虫病成果。Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis in Nanzhang county from 2009 to 2018 so as to provide evidence for further consolidating the achievements of schistosomiasis control and timely dealing with relevant risk factors.Methods According to the requirements of the National Schistosomiasis Surveillance Program,the disease surveillance at population level and livestock level,and Oncomelania surveillance were carried out,and the surveillance data were summarized,sorted and analyzed.Results No schistosomiasis cases were reported in Nanzhang county from 2009 to 2018.A total of 39 507 people were tested by serology,and 367 of them were positive for schistosomiasis antibody,representing the positive rate of 0.93%;361 people with positive antibody were tested for etiology,and the results were negative.A total of 200 cattle were monitored for schistosomiasis infection,and all were negative.The accumulated snail inspection area was 37.973 7 million m~2,and the snaildistribution area was 1.05 million m~2;The density of snails peaked in 2017,reaching 0.31 snails/box,and decreased to 0.11snails/box in 2018.No positive results were found in 3 450 snails detected by crushing microscopy.Conclusion There was no schistosomiasis epidemic in Nanzhang county from 2009 to 2018,but there was still snail distribution from 2017 to 2018.Snail control measures should be strengthened to consolidate the achievements of schistosomiasis elimination.
