摘 要:目的 比较4种装载方法对纸塑包装器械压力蒸汽灭菌湿包的影响,为选择合适的装载方法提供参考。方法将组织剪(单件器械)、抢救包(多件器械)各500件,随机分至常规装载组(A组)、活动性支架隔开竖放组(B组)、自制装载架不锈钢网篮平放组(C组)、自制装载架不锈钢网篮平放加吸水巾垫筐组(D组),每组单件器械和多件器械各125件,均纸塑包装后采用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌,采用χ2检验比较4组的湿包情况。结果 单件器械和多件器械包灭菌后总湿包率分别为18.2%和21.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组、B组、C组和D组不同装载方式单件器械包灭菌湿包率分别为46.4%、18.4%、6.4%和1.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多件器械包灭菌湿包率分别为51.2%、28.0%、5.6%和2.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两两比较,单件器械包灭菌湿包率及多件器械包灭菌湿包率,A组与B组、A组与C组、A组与D组、B组与C组、B组与D组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);C组与D组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同一种装载方法单件器械与多件器械的湿包率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论纸塑包装器械在自制装载架不锈钢网篮平放组(C组)和自制装载架不锈钢网篮平放加吸水巾垫筐组(D组)装载方法下灭菌效果较好,且与包装器械体积无关。Objective To compare the effects of four packing methods on the pressure steam sterilization of paper-plastic package,and provide a reference for choosing a suitable packing method.Methods In total,500 pieces of paper-plastic packaging tissue scissors(single instrument) and 500 rescue kits(multiple instruments) were selected.According to the packing methods,they were randomly divided into 4 groups:the conventional packing group(group A),the movable stents separated vertical placement group(group B),self-made packing rack stainless steel mesh basket flat group(group C),and group C + absorbent towel pad basket group(group D).Each group had 125 pieces of single instrument and multiple instruments,and they were all sterilized by pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer.χ2test was used to compare the sterilization effects of the 4 packing methods.Results The proportions of sterilization wet packs between single instrument and multiple instruments were 18.2% and 21.8%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The proportions of sterilization wet packs with single instrument in groups A,B,C,and D were 46.4%,18.4%,6.4% and 1.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The proportions of sterilization wet packs between single instrument and multiple instruments for the various sterilization packing methods were not significantly different(all P>0.05).Conclusion The sterilization for paper-plastic packaging instruments is effective under the packing method of stainless steel mesh basket flat discharge group(group C) and stainless steel mesh basket flat group and water absorption towel cushion basket group(group D),and has nothing to do with the volume of the packing instruments.
