摘 要:针对海面慢速微弱目标的回波能量较低,且在时域或频域上与海杂波难以区分的难题,文中提出一种基于圈间时频特性的海面小目标检测技术,对低门限检测结果单元进行平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布(SPWVD)变换,并计算下一圈当前单元在搜索窗口上的检测单元SPWVD相似度,只有满足门限才判定为真实目标。实测数据表明,该算法可以有效检测海面微弱目标。The echo scattered by slow moving weak target is much weaker than that of sea clutter,and it is difficult to distinguish target and sea clutter in time domain or frequency domain,which presents a hard task for marine surveillance radar.In this paper,a small sea surface target detection method based on time-frequency transform for marine surveillance radars is proposed.Firstly,SPWVD transform is applied to low threshold CFAR detection results,then,we compute the similarity of SPWVD transform between two adjacent circles in the same search windows,only the detection results with similarity greater than threshold is outputted.Finally,simulation result is given to prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
