摘  要:砷是一种有毒类金属元素,广泛存在于自然界中,在天然水中,砷主要以无机形式存在。As(Ⅴ)和As(Ⅲ)是最常见的离子,但As(Ⅲ)具有高毒性,长期暴露于As(Ⅲ)含量超标的环境中,会导致人体出现皮肤角质化、皮肤癌等慢性砷中毒症状。因此,开发快速、有效的检测水环境中As(Ⅲ)的方法十分重要。与传统检测方法相比,电化学传感器具有灵敏度高、检出限低、选择性好、易于原位监测等优点。该综述总结了电化学传感器检测水环境中As(Ⅲ)的最新发展和趋势,并且讨论了电极的改性方法和材料。与此同时,也更加关注电化学传感器在不同水环境中检测As(Ⅲ)的实际应用,提出了现存的问题和未来的挑战,以为今后开发水环境As(Ⅲ)电化学传感器提供新的思路。Arsenic is a toxic element widely found in nature. In natural water, arsenic is found mostly in inorganic form and As(Ⅴ) and As(Ⅲ) are the most common ions. However, As(Ⅲ) is highly toxic. Long-term exposure to excessive As(Ⅲ)content in the environment can lead to skin keratinization, skin cancer and other chronic arsenic poisoning symptoms.Therefore, it is very important to develop a rapid and effective method to detect As(Ⅲ) in water environment. Compared with the traditional detection methods, the electrochemical sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, good selectivity and easy in situ monitoring. In this review, we summarize the latest development and trend of electrochemical sensors for detection of As(Ⅲ) in water environment, and discuss the modification methods and materials of electrodes. At the same time, we also pay more attention to the practical application of electrochemical sensors in the detection of As(Ⅲ)in different water environments. The existing problems and future challenges are identified, and hopefully to provide new ideas for future development of As(Ⅲ) electrochemical sensors for water environment.
