身痛逐瘀汤联合康复运动治疗瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的在康复运动的基础上联用身通逐瘀汤探讨对瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者的临床疗效及预后价值。方法遴选2019年6月—2021年3月收治的100例瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者,根据随机数字表法分2组,接受康复运动治疗50例(记对照组),对照组基础上联用身痛逐瘀汤50例(记观察组)。对比指标:平衡能力评分及步行能力分级、日常生活能力评分、肢体能力评分、生活质量评分。结果2组治疗前BBS评分、Holden分级、BI评分、FMA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后较同组治疗前BBS评分、Holden分级以及BI、FMA评分均大幅度提高,且观察组较对照组改善效果更明显(P<0.05);观察组生活质量(GQLI-74)评分较对照组显著高(P<0.05)。结论瘀血阻络型中风后偏瘫患者在常规康复运动治疗的基础上,联用身痛逐瘀汤,不仅有助于患者站立平衡能力及步行能力的改善,同时可提高患者日常生活能力,促进其生活质量显著改善,预后效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and prognostic value of combining Shentong Zhuyu decoction on the basis of rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of hemiplegic patients after stroke due to stasis blocking collaterals type.Methods 100 patients with hemiparesis after stroke due to stasis blood blockage collaterals were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method from June 2019 to March 2021.The control group of 50 patients received rehabilitation exercise therapy of 50 patients.On the basis of the control group,the observation group of 50 patients received Shentong Zhuyu decoction.Comparison indicators were balance ability score,walking ability score,daily living ability score,physical ability score and quality of life score.Results There were no significant differences in BBS score,Holden score,BI score and FMA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).BBS score,Holden score,BI and FMA score of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with that of the same group,and the improvement effect of observation group was more obvious than that of control group(P<0.05).quality of life(GQLI-74)score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on conventional rehabilitation exercise therapy for post-stroke hemiplegia patients with blood stasis collaterals type of stroke,the combination of Shentong Zhuyu decoction will not only help the improvement of patients.standing balance ability and walking ability,but also improve patients.daily living ability,promote a significant improvement of their quality of life,and achieve a good prognosis effect.
