耿新生教授运用中医药防治胎停育的临床经验

摘　　要：胚胎停育日渐增高的发病率引起了临床工作者的极度重视,其复杂的发病原因及尚未明确的发病机制,成为临床研究的热门话题之一,中医学未病先防、辨证论治的理论在该疾病的治疗上呈现出显著的优势。耿新生教授在临床上采用补肾益精、健脾养血、疏肝理气的治疗原则,根据不同阶段,在治法上做出相应的调整,取得了一定的疗效,其经验值得推广。The increasing incidence of spontaneous abortion has aroused great attention of clinical workers,and its complicated causes and unknown pathogenesis have become one of the hot topics in clinical research,the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment has shown significant advantages in the treatment of the disease.Professor Geng Xinsheng adopted the principles of tonifying kidney and invigorating essence,invigorating spleen and nourishing blood,regulating liver and regulating Qi in clinic.
