肺力咳合剂联合左氧氟沙星片治疗急性支气管炎及肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性支气管炎肺炎患者治疗中应用肺力咳合剂联合左氧氟沙星片的临床价值。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月内急性支气管炎肺炎患者100例,根据随机数字表法分2组,应用左氧氟沙星片治疗50例(记对照组),对照组基础上联用肺力咳合剂治疗50例(记研究组)。对比2组治疗前后肺功能指标、炎症因子水平、用药总疗效、临床症状改善时间、血气指标等。结果研究组用药总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状体征改善(止咳、啰音消失、胸片吸收、白细胞复常)时间及住院时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05);2组治疗前的炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗后炎症因子水平明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);2组治疗前肺功能指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组FEV、FVC、PEF较对照组均更高(P<0.05);2组治疗前血气指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后较对照组PaO、SaO_(2)更高,PaCO_(2)更低(P<0.05)。结论对于急性支气管炎肺炎患者治疗中联合应用肺力咳合剂与左氧氟沙星片,疗效确切,不仅可消除机体炎症反应,促进患者症状改善,稳定控制病情,同时促进肺功能恢复,改善血气指标,加快患者机体康复进程,实现理想的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical value of combination of Feilike mixture and levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of acute bronchitis pneumonia patients.Methods In the selection period,100 patients with acute bronchitis pneumonia from February 2019 to February 2021 were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.50 cases were treated with levofloxacin tablets(control group),and 50 cases were treated with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group(study group).The indexes of lung function,levels of inflammatory factors,total curative effect,time of improvement of clinical symptoms and blood gas were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The time of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs(cough relieving,rales disappearance,chest X-ray absorption,leucocyte recovery)and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),the levels of inflammatory factors after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PaO2 and SaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO2 was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of patients with acute bronchitis,Feilike mixture and levofloxacin tablets has curative effect,not only can eliminate the inflammation,improve patients’symptoms,stability control condition,at the same tim
