从寒热角度探讨肺系疫病的单味药治疗经验

摘　　要：为从中医从寒热角度探讨肺系疫病的单味药治疗经验,此研究收集《中华医典》(第5版)数据库中涉及用单味药治疗肺系疫病的相关文献,进行分类、归纳、总结。在收集的文献中,发现治疗肺系疫病的单味药有葱白、淡豆豉、夏枯草、枇杷叶和甘草,根据感染的疫疠邪气夹寒夹热的属性不同,可用葱白、淡豆豉治疗以阴寒为主的肺系疫病;夏枯草、枇杷叶、甘草治疗以热象为主的肺系疫病。此研究通过对古代治疗肺系疫病的单味药进行总结,以期为中医药积极参与当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控乃至今后新的肺系疫病治疗提供更多前人经验。In order to explore single-flavored medicine in the treatment of pulmonary epidemics from the perspective of cold and heat in traditional Chinese medicine,this study collected the relevant literature about single-flavored medicine ofChinese Medical Code(5th Edition),and summarized the experience of treating pulmonary epidemics.Finally,in the collected literature,it was found that the singleflavored medicine in the treatment of pulmonary epidemics are Scallion,Sojae Semen Praeparatum,Prunellae Spica,Eriobotryae Folium and Radix Glycyrrhiza.According to the different properties of the infected epidemic,Scallion and Sojae Semen Praeparatum can be used to treat the pulmonary epidemics dominated by cold,and Prunellae Spica,Eriobotryae Folium and Radix Glycyrrhiza can be used to treat the pulmonary epidemics dominated by heat.By summarizing the single-flavored medicine in the treatment of ancient pulmonary epidemics,this study can provide previous experience for traditional Chinese medicine to actively participate in the prevention and control of the current COVID-19 epidemic and even for new pulmonary epidemics in the future.
