摘  要:数控机床在制造产业发挥着重要作用,能够有效提高工业生产力。为保证数控机床正常运行,降低系统故障发生概率,满足当前社会对于数控机床系统日益增长的要求,该文探究数控机床故障诊断的特点和存在的问题,提出将PLC技术与自诊断技术有机结合,并通过在具体工作中的综合应用,证实该技术确能提高数控机床生产的现代化程度,可广泛推广应用。CNC machine tools play an important role in the manufacturing industry and can effectively improve the industrial production capacity. In order to ensure the normal operation of the CNC machine tool, reduce the probability of system failure, and meet the increasing requirements of the current society for the CNC machine tool system, this paper explores the characteristics and existing problems of the fault diagnosis of the CNC machine tool, proposes to organically combine the PLC technology with the self diagnosis technology, and through the comprehensive application in the specific work, it proves that the technology can improve the modernization of the CNC machine tool production and can be widely popularized and applied.
