摘  要:研究选取上海市某化工园区典型行业企业进行VOCs有组织样品采集,利用GC-MS定量分析64个VOCs组分,分析不同行业企业VOCs排放特征,评估VOCs排放对臭氧生成的影响。结果表明,芳香烃、OVOCs和卤代烃为涂料制造企业最典型的排放组分,二甲苯、甲苯、乙苯、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、甲基异丁基酮和二氯甲烷为特征物种;化学农药制造企业以二氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、氯苯等卤代烃为主;有机化学原料、专项化学品制造企业均以OVOCs为首要贡献组分,特别的,1,4-二恶烷在部分专项化学品制造企业的排放贡献较为突出。从对臭氧生成的影响来看,甲苯、二甲苯等芳香烃、甲基乙基酮、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和乙醇等OVOCs是各行业企业的重要活性组分,化学农药制造企业由于大量卤代烃的使用,氯乙烯、二氯甲烷等对臭氧生成的影响也不容忽视,专项化学品行业还应加强对1,4-二恶烷、丙烯醛的管控。In this study,a typical industrial enterprise in a chemical park in Shanghai was selected to collect VOCs organized samples,and 64 VOCs compounds in samples were analyzed by Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS).The VOCs emission characteristics of different manufacturing enterprises were described,and the Ozone Formation Potential(OFP)of VOCs was evaluated.The results showed that aromatic hydrocarbons and Oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs)were the main components of coating manufacturing enterprises,dimethylbenzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,ethanol,ethyl acetate,methyl isobutyl ketone and dichloromethane were characteristic species.The characteristic components of chemical pesticide manufacturing enterprises were dichloromethane,1,2-dichloroethane,chlorobenzene and other halogenated hydrocarbons;OVOCs were the largest contributor in both organic chemical raw material manufacturers and special chemical manufacturers,and 1,4-dioxane was a characteristic factor in some special chemical manufacturing enterprises.In terms of ozone formation potential,aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene,xylene etc.,and OVOCs such as methyl ethyl ketone,methyl methacrylate,ethanol etc.were important active components of enterprises in various industries.In addition,the impact of vinyl chloride and dichloromethane on ozone formation in chemical pesticide manufacturing enterprises can not be ignored due to the heavy use of halogenated hydrocarbons.The control of 1,4-dioxane and acrolein in the special chemical industry should be strengthened.
