摘 要:相比于工业化生产,利用锅炉蒸汽进行采暖需求的锅炉运转功率较小,但是往往要求锅炉在集中供暖期长时间连续运行,对锅炉系统的稳定性提出较高要求。在供暖季供暖过程中,需要重点做好水的净化和过滤工作,通过切实有效的方法提升补水点和补水泵的选择科学性,这样才能达到理想的供暖效果。该文结合某热力供暖公司冬季供暖实际情况,分析水质对供暖效果的影响,并进一步研究补水点与补水泵的选择方法以及循环水流量的选择方法,可以为相关专业从业者提供理论指导。Compared with the industrial production, the boiler steam is used for providing heating, with a comparatively small operation power, but the boiler is often required to operate continuously for a long period of time when it provides the heating, which poses higher requirements for the stability of the boiler system. In the process of providing heating in the winter season, we need to focus on water purification and filtration. Through practical and effective methods, we can improve the scientific selection of water points and pumps, in order to achieve the ideal heating effect. According to the actual heating situation of a thermal heating company in winter, this paper analyzes the influence of water quality on heating effect, and further studies the selection method of water supply point and water supply pump and the selection method of circulating water flow rate, so as to provide theoretical guidance for relevant professional practitioners.
