胃癌患者中医体质特征及其与HER-2的临床相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者中医体质特征及其与人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)的临床相关性研究。方法选择2018年4月—2019年4月胃癌患者100例作为对象,进行回顾性分析。收集所有入选患者的临床资料,进行分析,比较胃癌患者的中医体质分型、HER-2的表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及胃癌组织中各因子的关联性。结果胃癌患者中医体质主要以阳虚质和气虚质为主,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期的HER-2的高表达率较高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HER-2与核因子-k B(NF-kB)呈现正相关(P<0.05),HER-2与血管内皮生长因子呈正相关(P<0.05),NF-kB与血管内皮生长因子呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论阳虚质以及气虚质的癌前病变患者更容易发展成为胃癌,通过对癌前病变患者进行中医体质分辨来预防胃癌的发生,及早进行干预,而HER-2在影响胃癌的发展和预后中具有重要作用,与NF-κB及血管内皮生长因子的表达具有协同作用,对靶向药物治疗起到重要作用,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and its clinical correlation with HER-2 in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 100 patients with gastric cancer from April 2018 to April2019.The clinical data of all selected patients were collected and analyzed to compare the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine physique typing,HER-2 expression and gastric cancer clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer patients and the correlation of various factors in gastric cancer tissues.Results The traditional Chinese medicine constitution of patients with gastric cancer was mainly Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,respectively.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05),the degree of differentiation and depth of invasion of gastric cancer,Lymph node metastasis,TNM stage HER-2 high expression rate was high,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 and nuclear factor-kB showed a positive correlation(P<0.05).Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 was positively correlated with vascular endothelial growth factor(P<0.05),and nuclear factor-kB was positively correlated with vascular endothelial growth factor(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pre-cancerous lesions with yang deficiency and qi deficiency are more likely to develop gastric cancer.Preventing the occurrence of gastric cancer by performing traditional Chinese medicine constitution discrimination on patients with pre-cancerous lesions and intervening early,while HER-2 affects the development and prognosis of gastric cancer,it plays an important role in synergy with the expression of nuclear factor-κB and vascular endothelial growth factor,and plays a central role in targeted drug therapy,which is worth popularizing and applying.
