复方马钱子散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方马钱子散外敷对急性痛风性关节炎的治疗作用及效果。方法根据随机数字表法,选定200例急性痛风患者,将其分为参照组和观察组,各100例。参照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方马钱子散外敷进行治疗,对2组临床有效性和控制显效率以及治疗前后实验室指标的变化进行比较。结果观察组获得了80%的临床治疗和明显的效果,远远超过了63%的参照组,差别在统计上是显著的。经过治疗,2组血尿酸(BUA)、VAS评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平较治疗前均大大降低,且观察组均明显低于治疗前的参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方马钱子散外敷治疗急性痛风的临床效果确切,可有效改善关节功能和临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound Maqianzi powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with compound Maqianzi powder on this basis.The clinical efficacy and control rate,changes of laboratory indicators before and after treatment and occurrence of drug adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical control rate of the observation group was 80%,which was significantly higher than 63%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the levels of blood uric acid(BUA),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Maqianzi powder in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has definite clinical effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and joint function,can stabilize blood uric acid and other laboratory indicators in the early stage and the safety of medication is high.
