小儿外感咳嗽从肺脾论治探微

摘　　要：外感咳嗽是小儿常见病,此病虽为肺系疾患,却不仅责之于肺,亦责之于脾,宜从肺脾求治。笔者试从肺脾两脏之联系、小儿特殊生理病理之特点、治痰当肺脾同调此三方面探讨治疗小儿外感咳嗽肺脾同调的机制,并提出具体防治方法:未及脾,顾护脾胃;病及脾,健脾助运;恢复期,肺脾并补;培土生金法需运用到整个病程中。证治探微供同道参考。Exogenous cough is a common disease in children.Although this disease is a lung disease,it is not only related to the lung,but also to the spleen.It is advisable to seek treatment from the lung and spleen,which should be treated from the lung and spleen.The author tries to explore the mechanism of the coordination of lung and spleen in the treatment of exogenous cough in children from the connection of lung and spleen,the special physiological and pathological characteristics of children,and the coordination of lung and spleen in the treatment of phlegm,and puts forward specific prevention and treatment methods as follows:protecting the spleen and stomach with healthy spleen qi,invigorating spleen for transporting with deficiency of spleen qi,invigorating spleen and stomach in convalescence,invigorating spleen for benefiting lung method throughout the course of the disease,which will provided reference for others.
