越婢汤古代文献临床应用总结

摘　　要：为了解越婢汤古代文献的临床应用。笔者查阅大量古代中医文献,通过收集整理,归纳总结了越婢汤的临床应用。结果发现越婢汤可治疗水肿、脚气、肉极、附骨疽、痹证、鼻衄、咳嗽、哮证、偏头风、心痛、麻疹等10多种疾患。越婢汤为仲景经典名方,其在古代临床实践中应用广泛,后辈应继承发扬这些宝贵经验,更好地传承、应用这些经方,将其应用于现代多种疾病的辨证治疗中。In order to understand the clinical application of Yuebi decoction in ancient literatures,the author consulted a large number of ancient traditional Chinese medicine literature,and summarized the clinical application of Yuebi decoction through collection and arrangement.It was found that Yuebi decoction could treat more than 10 kinds of diseases,such as edema,beriberi,muscle exhaustion,epiphyseal gangrene,arthralgia syndrome,epistaxis,cough,asthma,migraine,cardiodynia,measles,etc.Yuebi decoction is Zhongjing’s classic prescription,which is widely used in ancient clinical practice.The younger generation should inherit and carry forward these valuable experience,better inherit and apply these prescriptions,and apply them in the syndrome differentiation treatment of modern diseases.
