摘　　要：目的建立参苓安神胶囊中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法应用HPLC测定参苓安神胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。色谱条件设置如下:Aichrom Bond-AQ C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm)柱。流动相为为甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35∶4∶61),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长:283 nm。结果参苓安神胶囊的进样量在0.0628~0.942μg·ml^(-1)范围内,进样量与峰面积之间存在良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.998)。平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.27%(n=6)。结论应用HPLC测定参苓安神胶囊中橙皮苷的含量,具有操作简单、重现性好、结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish method for determination of Hesperidin in Shenling Anshen capsules.Methods Determination of hesperidin in Shenling Anshen capsules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied.Chromatographic conditions as follows:The Aichrom Bond-AQ C18 column(250×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-Glacial acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61),with flow rate as 1.0ml·min^(-1).The column temperature was set at 35℃.The wavelength is 283nm.Results There was good linearity between the log values of peak area and injection volume of 0.0628~0.942μg·ml^(-1)for hesperidin(R^(2)=0.998).The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD as 0.27%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and accurate to the quality control for the preparation.
