摘　　要：目的探讨牵引下分指折顶手法整复术治疗儿童盖氏骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析北京市门头沟区中医医院门(急)诊2016年7月—2021年5月收治的儿童盖氏骨折病例24例。均采取牵引下分指折顶手法整复治疗。并予以术后随访(4.0±0.3)周。结果根据手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准(2000)24例儿童患者中疗效为优者18例,良4例,可1例,差1例,疗效较为满意。结论儿童盖氏骨折分指折顶手法整复方法简单,疗效明确,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of manipulation reduction therapy in the treatment of Galeazzi fracture in children.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 24 cases of children with Galeazzi fracture admitted to Mentougou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to May 2021,including 16 males and 8 females,with an average age of 8.26 years.All of the patients were treated by manipulation reduction therapy.The patients were followed up for(4.0±0.3)weeks.Results According to the trial standard of upper limb function evaluation of hand surgery society(2000),the curative effect of 24 children patients was excellent in 18cases,better in 4 cases,good in 1 case and bad in 1 case,the curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The method of manipulation reduction therapy for children’s Galeazzi fracture is simple and has definite curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
