推拿联合穴位注射治疗枕大神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的对比单纯推拿手法和推拿联合穴位注射对枕大神经痛的治疗效果。方法收集2019年1月—2021年10月中山火炬开发区医院推拿门诊分别运用单纯推拿治疗(推拿组)和推拿联合穴位注射治疗(联合组)的患者,对比2种治疗方法的患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)和疗效的差异。结果本研究最终纳入总患者100例,其中推拿组52例、联合组48例。经治疗2组患者VAS、NDI均显著降低,联合组VAS、NDI显著较推拿组低;推拿组总有效率高于联合组,2组总有效率差异有统计学意义。结论单纯推拿手法和推拿联合穴位注射均能有效治疗枕大神经痛,联合治疗疗效优于单纯推拿治疗。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of Tuina alone and Tuina combined with acupoint injection therapy on greater occipital neuralgia.Methods Cases of tuina alone(tuina group)and tuina combined with acupoint injection(combined group)in the tuina clinic of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were selected.The VAS,NDI and efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared.Results This study finally included 100 cases,including 52 cases in the tuina group and 48 cases in the combined group.After treatment,the VAS and NDI of the two groups were significantly reduced.The VAS and NDI of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the tuina group.The total effective rate of the Tuina group was higher than the combined group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Tuina manipulation alone and tuina combined with acupoint injection can effectively treat occipital greater neuralgia,and the combined treatment is better than the tuina alone.
