针刺放血配合中药熏洗治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎40例

摘　　要：目的观察针刺放血配合中药熏洗治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的患者共80例按随机数字表法分为2组:治疗组40例,对照组40例。对照组按TAO常规治疗,治疗组采用针刺放血配合中药熏洗疗法,一个标准疗程为10 d,疗程需间歇3 d,在2个疗程结束后进行疗效统计,对2组患者治疗前后的主要症状、闭塞动脉血管内径、血流量、血流速度等改变情况进行观察。结果总有效率:治疗组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后症状、血流速度、血流量与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺放血配合中药熏洗疗法对血栓闭塞性脉管炎疗效显著,可有效改善闭塞肢体的血液循环状况,并可加速侧支循环的建立,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture bloodletting combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO).Methods A total of 80 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to Tao routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture bloodletting combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.One standard course of treatment was 10days,with an interval of 3 days.The curative effect statistics shall be carried out after the two courses of treatment.The changes of main symptoms,occluded artery diameter,blood flow and blood flow velocity were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in symptoms,blood flow velocity and blood flow between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture bloodletting combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing has a significant effect on TAO.It can effectively improve the blood circulation of occluded limbs and accelerate the establishment of collateral circulation.It has a definite effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
