摘  要:常村煤矿始建于1985年,主井提升系统设计生产能力4.00 Mt/年。经对矿井通风系统、主要生产系统环节多次改造,各系统的生产能力大幅提高,2013年核定生产能力为8.00 Mt/年。随着矿井生产能力的提高,要求各主要生产系统能力与之匹配。目前主提升系统主要是通过延长提升时间来完成矿井8.00 Mt/年的生产要求,占用了检修时间,也给其他系统的运行管理带来诸多影响,因此必须对其进行技术改造。从常村煤矿实际出发,给出了改造可行性分析、关键系统计算和验证及改造影响工期等分析。Changcun coal mine was founded in 1985, and the design production capacity of the main shaft lifting system is 4.00Mt/a. After many modifications to the mine ventilation system and main production system links, the production capacity of each system has been greatly improved, and the approved production capacity in 2013 was 8.00Mt/a. With the improvement of mine production capacity, the capacity of main production systems is required to match it. At present, the main hoisting system mainly completes the production requirements of mine 8.00mt/a by prolonging the hoisting time, occupies the maintenance time, and also brings many impacts on the operation and management of other systems. Therefore, it must be technically transformed. Based on the reality of Changcun coal mine, this paper gives the feasibility analysis of the transformation, the calculation and verification of key systems, and the influence of the transformation on the construction period.
