摘  要:为解决急倾斜薄煤层工作面在掘进和回采过程中严重片帮问题,在对某矿S16工作面地质条件等进行分析的基础上,提出采用前探梁支护方式对两帮进行临时支护,具体完成了前探梁、固定环套、固定杆的结构参数设计,而后根据S16工作面提出了具体的施工安装工艺,最终对前探梁的临时支护效果进行验证评估,为后续前探梁支护方式的推广应用奠定基础。In order to solve the problem of serious flaky gang in the process of digging and retrieval in the sharply inclined thin coal seam working face, based on the analysis of geological conditions of S16 working face, the temporary support of the two gangs is proposed by using the front probing beam support method, and the structural parameters of the front probing beam, fixed ring sleeve and fixed sleeve are designed. The final verification and evaluation of the temporary support effect of the front probing beam will lay the foundation for the promotion and application of the subsequent front probing beam support method.
