摘 要:为解决传统单体液压支柱和超前液压支架时在对工作面支护存在的强度低、效率低以及安全性差的问题,在对工作面超前支护现状分析的基础上,完成了新型履带行走式液压支架的总体参数设计,并重点对其履带板结构和驱动方式进行设计。对所设计顶梁履带机构的动力学特性进行仿真分析,表明新型液压支架可行性较强。In order to solve the problems of low strength, low efficiency and poor safety of traditional single hydraulic pillar and traditional overhead hydraulic bracket in supporting the working face, the general parameters of the new crawler walking hydraulic bracket were designed based on the analysis of the current situation of overhead support of the working face, and the design of its crawler plate structure and driving method was focused. Finally, the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the designed top beam track mechanism was carried out to verify the feasibility of the new hydraulic support.
