摘 要:为解决采煤机截割部所承受的载荷传递至机身导致设备振动严重的问题,以MG300/700-WDK型采煤机为研究对象,在对其基本结构进行分析的基础上,基于Simulink软件建立仿真模型,对截割部调高摆动特性进行仿真分析,构建试验平台对其在空载和加载工况下截割部的振动情况进行试验。结果表明,应选用刚度和阻尼较大的调高油缸;空载工况下在第一个振动测试点的能量主要集中在198 Hz的位置,第二个振动测试点在252 Hz的位置;加载工况下第一个和第二个测试点的能量均主要集中在108 Hz与216 Hz的位置。In order to solve the problem of serious vibration caused by the load transferred from the cut-off section of coal mining machine to the machine body, the MG300/700-WDK coal mining machine was used as the research object. The vibration of the cutting section is tested under no-load and loading conditions. The results show that a higher stiffness and damping cylinder should be used;the energy at the first vibration test point under no-load condition is mainly concentrated at 198 Hz and the second vibration test point is at 252 Hz;the energy at the first and second test points under load condition is mainly concentrated at 108 Hz and 216 Hz.
