摘 要:针对刮板输送机链条传动系统故障率高的原因,在对刮板链条传动系统中链条与链轮接触应力应变、链条与链条接触应力应变以及链条疲劳寿命仿真分析的基础上,基于应变传感器和数据采集模块设计了链条张力监测系统,并通过实验平台验证表明,该链条张力监测系统可对刮板输送机链条张力的各种工况进行监测,为保证刮板输送机链条传动系统的安全、可靠运行奠定基础。For the reason of high failure rate of scraper conveyor chain drive system, based on the simulation analysis of chain and sprocket contact stress-strain, chain and chain contact stress-strain and chain fatigue life in scraper chain drive system, a chain tension monitoring system is designed based on strain sensor and data acquisition module, and the experimental platform verifies that the chain tension monitoring system can monitor the chain tension of scraper conveyor under various working conditions.
