摘  要:针对带式输送机常规运行模式存在的监测监控系统未实现全覆盖、故障率高、运行效率低等问题,在分析带式输送机运行现状的基础上,提出了监测监控及故障诊断专家系统的设计思路及架构设计,并研发出KJ161型矿井带式输送机监控系统,在矿井带式输送机上进行了改造安装。经工业性试验表明,其降低了设备故障率,提高了设备可靠性,安全生产及技术经济效益显著。In view of the problems that the conventional operation mode of belt conveyor does not achieve full coverage of monitoring and supervision system, high failure rate and low operation efficiency, based on the analysis of the current situation of belt conveyor operation in China, the design idea and architecture design of monitoring and supervision and fault diagnosis expert system were proposed, and the KJ161 type mine belt conveyor monitoring system was developed and installed on the mine belt conveyor for transformation. The industrial test was successfully implemented, which reduced the equipment failure rate and improved equipment reliability, with significant safety production and technical and economic benefits.
