摘　　要：基于煤矿带式输送机传统游动车张紧装置在使用时存在劳动强度大、故障率高、张紧精度低等问题,设计了一套液压自动张紧装置。通过实际应用效果来看,该张紧装置具有自动化水平高、劳动作业强度低、张紧效果好等优点,取得显著应用成效。Based on the problems of high labor intensity, high failure rate and low tensioning accuracy in the use of traditional traveling car tensioning device for coal mine belt conveyor, a reasonable analysis of the main problems of traditional tensioning device is focused, and a set of hydraulic automatic tensioning device is designed, through the practical application effect, the tensioning device has the advantages of high automation level, low labor intensity and good tensioning effect. Through the practical application effect, the tensioning device has the advantages of high automation level, low labour intensity, good tensioning effect, etc., and achieved significant application effect.
