摘 要:为了使学员更加直接、高效、全面地了解和掌握综合传动装置电液系统,以综合传动装置电液系统的维修训练为研究对象,设计了一个基于半实物仿真技术的维修训练平台。该平台从系统维修保障实际需求出发,在功能需求分析的基础上,进行了总体方案设计,采用三维建模、图像处理、人机交互与通信等技术,使用Unity3D引擎实现了该训练平台的开发。试验表明,该平台操作界面友好、交互真实自然,能够大幅提高电液系统学习训练效率。A maintenance training platform based on semi-physical simulation technology is designed to enable trainees to understand and master the electro-hydraulic system of integrated transmission unit more directly, efficiently and comprehensively. The design process of the platform was analysed using the maintenance training of electro-hydraulic systems of integrated transmission units as the research object.The platform starts from the actual needs of system maintenance and guarantee, and the overall scheme design is carried out on the basis of functional requirement analysis. 3D modelling, image processing, human-computer interaction and communication technologies are adopted,and the Unity3D engine is used to realize the development of this training platform. The tests show that the platform has a friendly operating interface, realistic and natural interaction, and can significantly improve the efficiency of electro-hydraulic system learning training.
