摘  要:针对传统的电磁阀只能进行开关控制,控制精度和稳定性较低的问题,研究了电液比例控制的采煤机滚筒调高系统,介绍了磁致位移传感器工作原理,提出使用电液比例方向阀代替传统的电磁阀。采用电液比例方向阀后,方向阀内液压油的流向和流量受输入电流信号的控制,能够提高滚筒调高系统的精确性,从而提高采煤机工作效率,取得显著的应用效果。In response to the problem that the traditional solenoid valve can only be controlled on and off with low precision and stability,the electro-hydraulic proportional control of the coal miner drum height adjustment system is studied, and the working principle of the magneto-displacement sensor is introduced. The use of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve, the flow direction and flow rate of hydraulic oil in the directional valve is controlled by the input current signal, which can improve the accuracy of the drum raising system,thus improving the efficiency of the coal mining machine and achieving significant application results.
