摘  要:针对矿井安全监控系统所监控矿井中各种环境参数和各种机电设备的运行状态,提出了基于TCP/IP协议的万兆工业以太环网和RS485智能传感器技术的矿井主扇风机运行状态的在线实时监测系统设计方案,及时准确掌握井下安全作业的具体情况。该方案可以实现对主扇风机和配套设施运行过程中的风量、风压、风速,电机工作电压、工作电流、功率因数、轴功率、轴承温度、正反转以及设备工作状态的实时监测,并对相关运行数据采集和储存,为矿井通风监控管理决策作指导,给矿井安全生产提供重要的技术保障。For the mine safety monitoring system of various environmental parameters and the operation status of various electromechanical equipment in the mine, an online real-time monitoring system design for the operation status of the mine main fan based on 10 Gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network with TCP/IP protocol and RS485 intelligent sensor technology is proposed to grasp the specific situation of underground safety operation in a timely and accurate manner. It can realize real-time monitoring of air volume, wind pressure, wind speed,motor working voltage, working current, power factor, shaft power, bearing temperature, forward and reverse rotation and equipment working status during the operation of the main fan fan and supporting facilities, as well as relevant operation data collection and storage, to guide the mine ventilation monitoring and management decision, and provide important technical guarantee for mine safety production.
