摘  要:矿井提升机是一种矿山提升运输中的机电系统,结构较为复杂。对矿井提升控制系统进行优化,就是改善其调速能力,同时保证工作人员实时了解提升机运行工作情况,对各项数据进行监测,及时处理问题,增加提升机对不同情况的响应速度,提升设备的可靠性,发挥设备的最大价值。介绍了将性能较好的ARM型RISC微处理器在矿井提升机智能控制平台建设中的部分使用原理及控制要求,总结了以此为基础的硬件、软件设计中部分重要内容,为相关应用研究提供参考。Mine hoist is a kind of electromechanical system in mine hoisting and transportation, with a more complex structure. The optimization of mine hoisting control is to improve its speed regulation ability, while ensuring that staff can understand the hoisting machine operation work in real time, monitor the data, deal with problems in time, increase the hoisting machine’s response speed to different situations, improve the reliability of the equipment, and play the maximum value of the equipment. This paper introduces some of the principles and control requirements for the use of ARM-type RISC microprocessors with good performance in the construction of intelligent control platforms for mine hoists, and summarises some of the important elements of the hardware and software design based on them, to provide reference for relevant application research.
