摘  要:以亚硫酸钠作为还原剂,处理氯碱厂含氯废水。亚硫酸钠加入量少会造成含氯废水外排,过量加入易使废水中COD含量增加引起环保指标超标。提出三废处理时根据酸碱性适当上调或下调ORP设定值,以控制亚硫酸钠加入量。Sodium sulite was used as reducing agent in the treatment of chlorine-containing wastewater in a chlor-alkali plant.Less sodium sulite will cause chlorine-containing wastewater to be discharged.Instead,excessive sodium sulfite is easy to increase the content of chemical oxygen demand in wastewater and cause environmental protection indicators to exceed the standard.It is proposed that the set value of redox potential should be appropriately increased or decreased according to the acidity and alkalinity in the treatment of three wastes,so as to control the amount of sodium sulfite.
