摘  要:目的:观察不同授课模式下高职院校"护理基本技术实训教学效果。方法:选择2020届60名护理专业学生作为研究样本,对30名学生采用传统授课形式(对照组),以工作过程系统化理论为基础对其他30名学生进行教学(实验组),测评各组学生成绩、评判性思维能力。结果:实验组学生理论知识、实践技能评分均高于对照组,组间数据差异明显,均有统计学意义;实验组学生推导、假定等能力评分高于对照组。实验组和对照组对教学模式的支持率分别为96.7%、73.3%,数据差异显著。Objective: to observe the practical teaching effect of "basic nursing skills" in higher vocational colleges under different teaching modes. Methods: 60 nursing students in 2020 were selected as the research samples, 30 students were taught in the traditional teaching form(control group), and the other 30 students were taught on the basis of the systematic theory of work process(experimental group), and the students’ grades and critical thinking ability in each group were evaluated. Results: the scores of students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the groups;students in the experimental group scored higher in derivation,assumption and other abilities than those in the control group. The support rates of the experimental group and the control group for the teaching mode were 96.7% and 73.3% respectively, and the data difference was significant.
