摘 要:通过对我国高校二级学院~((1))内部治理中的权力互动机制及其现实困境的深入探析,可将学院治理模式概括为三种类型,即行政主导治理模式、学术引领治理模式和党政联合治理模式。行政主导和党政联合模式为我国大学二级学院的主流治理模式,映射出高校积存已久的行政化色彩和党政合作艰难的治理现状,学术引领模式的小众推崇体现了大学学术本位、教授治学的艰难改革现状。每种模式的运转展现出不同利益主体特有的权力互动方式,都有促进学院的改革发展的一面,但是也暴露出自身固有的缺点和不足,遭遇着来自教学、科研和社会服务工作领域中的种种现实困境。According to the analysis of the power interaction mechanism and the practical difficulties of internal governance in secondary colleges in Chinese Higher Education Institution, the governance model of secondary colleges can be summarized into three types: the administrative-led governance model, the academic-led governance model and the party-administration joint governance model. As the mainstream governance model of China’s second school, the administrative-led governance model and the party-administration joint governance model reflect the long-standing trend of administerization and the difficult status quo of party and government cooperation. The minority worship of the academic-led model reflects the difficulty of the reforms of academic standard and professors’ autonomy in academic management. The operation of each model shows the unique power interaction mode between different interest subjects, which promotes the reform and development of the secondary college, but also reveals its inherent shortcomings and encounters practical difficulties from the fields of teaching, scientific research and social services.
