摘 要:针对C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)环保气体绝缘设备用橡胶密封材料与气体相容性问题,对4种常用橡胶材料的相容性进行了实验检测和性能分析。选用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氯丁橡胶(CR)和氟橡胶(FKM),以氦气为对照组,开展了橡胶试样在C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)、C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)及其分解气体两种氛围下的70℃和100℃的热加速实验;检测得到了CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)、CS_(2)、COS和C_(3)F_(6)等气体,其中C_(3)F_(6)来源于C_(4)F_(7)N气体,NBR产生的气体含量最高,FKM产生的气体种类少、含量最低;实验后的NBR橡胶表面出现严重喷霜现象,CR和FKM的表面形貌和化学结构几乎未变,4种橡胶的压缩永久变形受气体氛围影响小、受温度影响大,同等尺寸下EPDM的压缩性能最好,CR的压缩性能最差;综合气体和橡胶性能变化,发现NBR与C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)相容性较差,CR的高温弹性力学性能较差,改善EPDM配方和FKM低温性能,可用作C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2)环保气体设备的密封材料,为环保型电气设备设计和材料选型提供了依据。To solve the problem of gas compatibility of rubber sealing materials used in C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) eco-friendly gas-insulated equipment,the compatibility characteristics of four common rubber materials were measured by tests to analyze their performances.The thermal acceleration tests with four rubber samples of EPDM,NBR,CR and FKM were carried out at 70℃and 100℃in the atmosphere of C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2),C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) and its decomposition gases,with the results in He gas as comparison groups.The characteristic gases of CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),CS_(2),COS and C_(3)F_(6) were detected during the tests.And C_(3)F_(6) was derived from C_(4)F_(7)N gas.The highest content of gas was produced by NBR,however the gas type and content of FKM were the lowest.The serious frosting phenomenon appeared on NBR surface after compatibility tests.The surface morphology and chemical structure of CR and FKM were almost unchanged.The EN compression sets of four rubber samples were negligibly affected by gas atmosphere and more affected by temperature.For the same size,EPDM was with the best compression performance,while the compression performance of CR was the worst.Combined with the gas characteristics and the rubber performance,the compatibility of NBR with C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) is weak and the elastic properties of CR at high temperature are poor.The rubber can be used as a sealing material for C_(4)F_(7)N/CO_(2) eco-friendly gas-insulated equipment by improving the EPDM formula and the FKM performance under the low temperature.The results have provided the basis and technical support for the design and material type of eco-friendly electric equipment.
