摘 要:在双[N-(3-叔丁基水杨醛)环戊基亚胺]二氯化锆(FI-1)的基础上,通过调节亚胺N原子连接基团及苯环官能团合成了三种新型FI催化剂,并用于乙烯聚合,利用1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、质谱、IR、GPC等方法分析了FI催化剂的结构及聚合所得聚合物的性能。实验结果表明,所合成的不同FI催化剂表现出与FI-1相似的聚合活性及端基聚乙烯比例,FI催化剂制备的聚合物的分子量主要受R1取代基控制。对锆配合物及其在端烯烃聚乙烯催化方面的研究有利于促进链端功能化聚烯烃的发展。Based on bis[N-(3-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde)cyclopentyl imine]zirconium dichloride(FI-1),three new FI catalysts were synthesized by adjusting connecting group on imine N and functional group of benzene ring,which were used for ethylene polymerization.The structures of the FI catalysts and the properties of the polymer obtained by polymerization were analyzed by 1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,mass spectrometry,IR,GPC.The experimental results show that different synthesized FI catalysts show similar polymerization activity and approximate ratio of end-group polyethylene as FI-1,which means the molecular weight of the polymer prepared by FI catalyst is mainly controlled by R1 substituent.The research on zirconium complexes and their catalysis in vinyl-terminated polyethylene is beneficial for the development of chain-end functionalized polyolefins.
