摘  要:利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对顺酐法生产1,4-丁二醇工艺中的甲醇回收塔进行模拟,考察了塔顶采出量、回流比及侧线采出量等操作条件对甲醇回收率和操作费用的影响;利用正丁醇-水溶液部分互溶及正丁醇与水形成共沸物的特点,在甲醇回收塔后增设了一套正丁醇回收系统,并对该系统进行了模拟。模拟结果表明,随甲醇塔顶采出量的增加,甲醇回收量降低,在保证塔内物料中二甲醚分离效果的同时应降低甲醇塔顶采出量;选择合适的回流比可以获得最优的经济效益;甲醇侧线采出量是影响甲醇回收率的另一重要因素,过大的甲醇侧线采出量会增加甲醇物流中水的夹带量。增设正丁醇回收系统,正丁醇回收率可达94.5%,产品纯度满足国家标准对优等品的要求。The methanol recovery column in the process of producing 1,4-butanediol by maleic anhydride was simulated by Aspen Plus simulation software,and the effects of operating variables such as production from overhead,reflux ratio and sideline production on methanol recovery rate and operating cost were investigated.Based on the characteristics of partial mutual dissolution of n-butanol-water solution and the formation of azeotrope between n-butanol and water,a set of n-butanol recovery system was added after the methanol recovery tower,and was simulated.The simulation results show that with the increase of methanol column overhead production,methanol recovery is gradually reduced.While ensuring the separation effect of dimethyl ether in the column material,the methanol column overhead production should be reduced.Optimal economic benefits can be obtained by choosing appropriate reflux ratio.The methanol sideline production is another important factor affecting the methanol recovery rate,and excessive methanol production will increase the entrainment of water in the methanol stream.With the addition of n-butanol recovery system,the recovery rate of n-butanol can reach 94.5%,and the product purity meets the requirements of national standards for high-quality products.
