摘 要:以溴代十四烷、三乙烯四胺和3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠为原料合成了磺酸盐型溢油分散剂(C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)),采用FTIR、1H NMR、毛细管法等方法对C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)的结构进行表征,测定了C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和表面张力,考察了剂油质量比和温度对C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)乳化性能的影响。实验结果表明,合成C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)的熔程较短,CMC为6.7×10^(-4) mol/L,溶液的表面张力为27.8 mN/m。在剂油质量比为0.3时,30 s的乳化率为67%,10 min的乳化率为45.18%,乳化率随温度的升高而升高,但温度从25℃增至35℃时,C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14)的乳化率增幅减小。Sulfonate oil spill dispersant(C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14))was synthesized from bromotetradecane,triethylenetetramine and sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonate.The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by FTIR,1H NMR and capillary methods.The critical micelle concentration(CMC)and surface tension of C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14) were measured,and the effects of mass ratio of dispersant to oil and temperature on the emulsifying properties of C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14) were investigated.The results showed that the melting range of synthetic C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14) is relatively short,the CMC is 6.7×10^(-4) mol/L,and the surface tension is 27.8 mN/m.When the mass ratio of dispersant to oil was 0.3,the emulsification rate was 67%for 30 s and 45.18%for 10 min.The emulsification rate increased with the increase of temperature,but the increase of C_(14)-N_(4)-C_(14) emulsification rate decreased when the temperature increased from 25℃to 35℃.
