国产催化剂与国产助催化剂的适配性应用试验

摘　　要：中国石化镇海炼化公司于2020年11月采用国产BSG催化剂为主催化剂,国产一氯二乙基铝(DC)为助催化剂代替进口DC进行预还原处理,在500 kt/a的Unipol工艺装置上进行了15 d长周期应用试验,先后生产了DJM-1820和DJL-2420两个牌号的基础料。通过分析装置运行数据和产品测试数据,对比了国产DC与进口DC对装置运行和产品性能的影响。试验过程表明,装置运行平稳,产品全部合格,试验获得圆满成功;确认了在产能最高的Unipol工艺装置上实现了催化体系全国产化,为保障我国聚烯烃产业技术安全提供了基础。In November 2020,Sinopec Zhenhai Refinery&Chemical Company carried out a 15 d application test in the Unipol plant with 500 kt/a capacity,adopting the domestic BSG catalyst as the main catalyst and the domestic diethyl aluminum monochloride(DC)as the cocatalyst to replace imported DC for pre-reduction treatment.Basic materials of DJM-1820 and DJL-2420,were produced successively.By analyzing the device operation data and product test data,the effects of the domestic DC and the imported DC on device operation and product performance were compared.The device operated smoothly during the test and all products were qualified,which showed the complete success of the test.It is confirmed that the full localization of catalytic system has been realized on the Unipol plant with the highest production capacity,which provides a foundation for ensuring the technical safety of China’s polyolefin industry.
