摘 要:介绍了交流电电化学溶铂制备氯铂酸的工业试验装置的运行情况,考察了电流密度、盐酸浓度、硝酸浓度和溶解时间对铂溶解效率的影响;以制备的氯铂酸为前体制备了连续重整催化剂,以石脑油为原料对催化剂的活性进行评价,并将电化学溶铂与王水溶铂情况进行了对比。试验结果表明,在电流密度为355 mA/cm^(2)、盐酸浓度为7~8 mol/L、硝酸浓度为1.5 mol/L、溶解时间为15.5 h条件下,电化学溶铂效果较好。制备的催化剂的性能与标准催化剂的性能基本相当。采用电化学溶铂降低了盐酸和硝酸的用量,尾气量减少,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The operation of an industrial plant for the preparation of chloroplatinic acid by electrolysis of platinum was introduced.The effects of current density,hydrochloric acid concentration,nitric acid concentration and dissolution time on the dissolution efficiency of platinum were investigated.The continuous reforming catalyst was prepared by using the prepared chloroplatinic acid as precursor,and its activity was evaluated by using naphtha as feed.The electrochemical dissolution of platinum was compared with dissolution of platinum with aqua regia.The results show that the effect of electrochemical dissolution of platinum was relatively good with the current density 355 mA/cm^(2),the concentration of hydrochloric acid 7-8 mol/L,the concentration of nitric acid 1.5 mol/L,and dissolution time 15.5 h.The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was basically equivalent to that of the standard catalyst.The use of electrochemical dissolution of platinum could reduce the amount of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,and reduce the exhaust emissions,which has good economic and social benefits.
